We’re so excited for you. You’re a few days away from receiving your WE Living order! We partner with select couriers (FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS) to provide you with the best shipping method wherever you are. You’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Our furniture delivery requires signature confirmation before dropping off the item. If no one is at home for delivery, make sure you inform your building so someone can sign for it.
Starts at $40, capped at $100
We want you to be happy with your new purchase. But we get it. Sometimes, it works. Other times, it doesn’t. If you are not happy with your item, you may return your WE Living purchase at sellable condition within 30 days for refund. Keep in mind that the furniture delivery fee is non refundable.
Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
For refund request, email us at email@example.com. To make things easier, please keep your original receipt and packaging and we’ll work with you on setting up a return delivery label.
Tip: use the original package (with the padding materials) to make sure the product is protected.
Once we receive the product, we’ll credit your account.
