Where are WE Living products manufactured?

Our items are designed in New York and brought to life at a family-owned factory in Pennsylvania.

 

Where can I find information about product dimensions, weights, and materials?

All of this information should be available on the pages for each of our products. If you have specific product questions, let us know by emailing at info@weliving.us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

DELIVERY AND RETURN

 

How will my order be shipped to me?

We partner with select couriers (FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS) to provide you with the best shipping method wherever you are. You’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped. Our furniture delivery requires signature confirmation before dropping off the item. If no one is at home for delivery, make sure you inform your building so someone can sign for it. See Delivery page.

 

Can I track my shipping status?

Yes, you will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order is shipped.

 

How can I make sure my items are delivered smoothly?

Not to worry, our delivery requires signature confirmation before dropping off the delivery. If no one is at home for delivery, make sure you inform your building so someone can sign for it.

 

What if I change my mind? Can I return the item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that it can take a few days to a few weeks to know if the new item will work for you. We encourage you to return the item in the same box and shipping materials within 30 days of purchase because damage of wear might result in an adjustment to your refund. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order and get a full refund at any time within 1 business day of your purchase. If your package has already left the warehouse, we will have to process your cancellation as a return. You may cancel by emailing us at order@weliving.us with your order number.

 

FURNITURE CARE

 

How do I clean the furniture?

Glad you asked! Our products are sealed with natural oil-based finishes. To preserve the look and feel of the original wood, clean regularly with non-oil or non-alcohol solutions. Oh, and coasters will be your new best friends since we know you a like a glass of wine or two at night.
